    • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • Refunds are applicable within 14 days of the original purchase date.

    • Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  4. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

  5. Exclusions:

    • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sale or clearance items.

  6. Damaged or Defective Products:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.

  7. Refund Disputes:

    • In case of any disputes regarding refunds, our decision will be final.

On a less formal note, we too shop online (a lot) and we know that having to return something is a real pain so we don't ever want to put you through that, it's just that we are require to have a formal return policy, hence the above.
