    • We primarily use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for shipping orders within the United States.

    • Orders are typically shipped via USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the weight and size of the package.

    • Expedited shipping options may be available but this would require email/text request and quote.

  2. Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving payment, excluding weekends and holidays. 

    • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

  3. Shipping Rates:

    • Shipping rates are flat rate based on the destination of your order.

    • Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

  4. Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location.

    • USPS First-Class Mail typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery.

    • USPS Priority Mail typically takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

    • Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed and will certainly vary depending on how far you are from our location and/or if you live in a remote location.

  5. International Shipping:

    • Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  6. Order Tracking:

    • You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

  7. Shipping Address:

    • Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  8. Shipping Delays:

    • While we strive to deliver orders in a timely manner, please be aware that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, postal service disruptions, or high order volumes.
