DIRECTIONS
Only apply on clean skin.
Apply to your under arm and then rub in like a lotion, this will prevent any coming off onto your clothes.
 
Yes you can use this deodorant in other areas on your body where you may feel a deodorant is required.
 
NOTE: This is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. 
If you sweat a lot, this product may not be for you.
 
I find that wearing patterned tops is usually a good thing to do on days when the weather or your activities may mean more sweating than usual.
