It's been quite a while since I last posted in my blog, and that is because I have been through a 'life change'. I moved to ... guess where?

Yes! Albuquerque, New Mexico, in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains

Now I can proudly say that all our products are "Made in New Mexico", the Land of Enchantment.

September and October were swallowed up with moving, unpacking, organizing and beginning the huge project of remodeling and upgrading my whole house (ongoing, well it's kind of stalled right now as my contractor, aka my son, got himself a job where he is working really long hours).

November and December saw me back at my passion, making soap. I had to build up my inventory again. That has been a whole new learning curve adjusting to the impact of going from the former swamp climate of Houston at 41 feet above sea level to the desert climate of Albuquerque at 6,500 feet above sea level.

With all these changes why not throw in a total revamp of my brand? Yep, that's what I've done.

I've been posting pics of soaps that will soon be available in my store on my Instagram account. I changed the name so it kept all the history but you will notice the new name is @tayoriNM because this is my new brand ....

I have had this name in my back pocket for years but didn't want to go through the whole overhaul ordeal. Let me tell you, it's a huge amount of work but as this is now my full time job I'm glad I took it on. I feel all grown up.

Our new store is opening on Tuesday 16th April, 2019 with our first product release being available from 12 noon (MDT) that day.

The timing is important to note because for the first 24 hours we will be offering free shipping (Continental US only).

Hope to see you in my store on 16th April.
