Whipped Soap | Sparkling Citrus
  • Whipped Soap | Sparkling Citrus

Many other soapmakers will just purchase a pre-made base and add the fragrance and color, but no, we have to do it the hard way and make it from scratch.

The reason I do that is because then I get to choose the ingredients and that way can make this product as natural as it possibly can be.

Now the neat thing about Whipped Soap is that it can replace 3 products: Soap, Shaving Cream & Shampoo. (Note on using it as a shampoo, you may need to use a conditioner)

Always start with a very small amount as a little goes a long way, so this will last you quite a while.

When using as a soap, we highly recommend a pouf so that it doesn't slide off your hand and so you get the maximum mileage from your product.

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Vegetable Glycerin,  Cocamidopropyl Betaine,  Distilled Water, Stearic Acid, Organic Cocoa Butter, Preservative, Sparkling Citrus Fragrance, Skin safe colorants.

About some of the ingredients that you may not be familiar with:

Stearic Acid is an isolated fatty acid we use as a thickener and hardener that occurs naturally in butters.

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI) is a solid, gentle anionic surfactant made from coconut oil. It is considered natural.

Cocamidopropyl Betaine is a surfactant, which means it binds to dirt and grime, works into a lather, and cleanses your skin. Main benefits: It lathers easily and leaves the skin feeling hydrated due to the fact that it's derived from coconuts.

There is no such thing as an effective natural preservative, unfortunately. And a preservative MUST be used whenever water is an ingredient or water may be introduced into the product.

We only use preservatives that have no parabens or formaldehyde.
