Natural Foot Balm
Make this foot care regime your nightly ritual.
You can do it every night or as many times as you feel your feet need it.
This Foot Balm is a thick salve type balm to nourish the skin on your feet.
We recommend using this at night after a shower/bath or at least washing your feet, just before you get into bed, but put on a pair of socks after applying so that the balm stays on your feet instead of on your bed sheets.
You will notice a dramatic difference in the morning.
OR treat yourself to some basic foot care:
Soak your feet in Apple Cider Vinegar and water to soften rough skin and make it easy to slough off with a pumice stone or other abrasive product.
Pat your feet dry and then apply our Natural Foot Balm.
If you have severe cracking on your heels then avoid soaking as this may dry your feet out even more. Have a shower and wash your feet. Pat them dry but leave them a little damp and then apply our Foot Balm.
If you are going to bed after that then we recommend putting on socks and getting into bed.
