Lloyd's 3 o'clock Bar Soap | 3.5 oz
New Mexico is home to one hundred craft breweries according to 2020 statistics, hopefully they're still all hanging in there.
At the Great American Beer Festival where 2,192 breweries from all 50 states and Puerto Rico competed, four breweries from New Mexico each took home a medal. Way to go Brewers!
In my quest for local ingredients that I can use in the soaps that I make, I have made quite a few soaps using craft beers.
The beer does not retain its aroma through the saponification process, but does impart sugars into the solution that create wonderful lather. Hops are full of anti-oxidants and anti-flammatory, both being extremely good for your skin.
With craft beer cans being an art form in themselves, we have attempted to create this soap to match the beer can.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the glycerin naturally produced in soap, it draws moisture to itself, AKA it is a humectant. This means making sure that it has the chance to dry out when not in use. Please do not leave it sitting in a puddle of water when you have finished your bath or shower.
To get that extra mile, I have found that rubbing the soap onto a wash cloth makes it last a lot longer, which took a bit of training as I used to lather the soap directly on my skin.
